About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries (Lithium –Ion). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers at installation sites or locations where issues have arisen with the ESS system.
This includes diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring proper installation and functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. • Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed. • Conduct system testing ##
