About the Role
Team Leader/BRM • 9hrs day shift is Mandatory • Graduation in any stream is mandatory • Presentable and Good Communication Skills required • Need to go on field open market(malls, petrol pumps, metro stations, Banks) • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals • Supports team manager and performs management duties.
