Job Description
About the Role
1. End-to-end support for sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and other relevant channels 2. Coordination of interview schedules, candidate communication, follow-ups, and hiring pipeline updates 3.
Assistance in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, induction coordination, and employee record management 4. Support in offboarding processes including exit documentation, clearance coordination, and record updates 5.
Maintenance and review of attendance and biometric data for payroll-related inputs with high accuracy and confidentiality 6. Resolution and escalation of employee queries related to policies, attendance, onboarding, documentation, and general HR processes 7.
Coordination of employee communication such as announcements, reminders, policy updates, and engagement messages 8. Assistance in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, team activities, celebrations, and culture-building programs 9. Upkeep of HR trackers, databases, letters, and other people-process documentation in an organized manner 10.
General support in strengthening HR processes, employee experience, and people operations across the company
