Role: Picker & Packer
Responsibilities
Efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and procedures - Ensure accuracy in picking items and maintaining proper quantities - Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas - Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management - Perform other duties as assigned Good to have values: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items - Excellent time management skills - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus ##
Requirements
