About the Role

About the Internship: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in the complete employee lifecycle and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• of the Intern: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collect and verify joining documents.
• Support employee orientation activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in updating HR databases and reports.
• Support attendance and leave management activities.
• Help prepare HR-related documents and letters.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
• Support internal communication initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback when required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
