Responsibilities

• Manage daily dormitory operations and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly living environment.
• Oversee room allocation, occupancy, resident movement, and dormitory records.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, FEDA, safety, hygiene, and housing requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections on facilities, cleanliness, safety, and resident welfare.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, pest control, and vendor services.
• Partner with internal teams and service providers to support accommodation planning, resident welfare, and dormitory operations.
• Manage resident feedback, incidents, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
• Support audits, inspections, incident reporting, corrective actions, and operational reports.

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
