Job Description
About the Role
Operate and monitor bag making machines (side seal, bottom seal, zipper, or pouch machines). Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) according to product specifications. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct quality checks on finished bags (dimensions, sealing strength, print alignment).
Troubleshoot machine faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for major issues. Maintain production logs, shift reports, and material usage records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping practices. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. ##
