About the Role
Role: Territory Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned territory - Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to the management team - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to support sales efforts - Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress and performance Good to have values: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving mindset - Prior experience in the blue grey collar jobs industry is a plus ##
