About the Role
Grade: M2 to M4 - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–20 call center executives. - Monitor daily team performance against KPIs such as productivity, quality, collection efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements. - Manage call quality audits and implement corrective action plans. - Handle customer escalations and resolve complex queries within defined TAT. - Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and process improvement. - Drive team engagement, attendance, and attrition control initiatives. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. </ ##
