Manager / Assistant Manager - C&I

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage I&C engineering across global and domestic projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Interpret client specifications and prepare technical queries, deviations, and clarifications.
• Develop and review P&IDs in coordination with Process Engineering.
• Create instrument specification sheets for control valves, shut-off valves, transmitters, sensors, and analyzers.
• Supervise drafting of hook-up diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel GAs, cable block diagrams, and JB layouts.
• Prepare BOMs for field instruments, panels, JB, cables, and installation hardware.
• Generate deliverables including Instrument Index, I/O List, Utility List, Cable Schedule, and Termination Details.
• Coordinate with mechanical and piping teams for 3D model integration and layout finalization.
• Evaluate and clarify vendor offers; review vendor documents post-order and assist in procurement support.
• Participate in engineering reviews including HAZOP, SIL, FAT, and Kick-off meetings.
• Develop control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, and logic drawings for systems including BMS/PLC.
• Support proposals with estimations, MTOs, and technical inputs.
• Improve internal I&C processes and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate closely with global Zeeco offices to resolve execution challenges. ##
