• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
• Keep records of calls.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. <
