About the Role
The IN Devices marketing team is seeking a customer obsessed, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to define and scale the onsite marketing initiatives for Amazon Devices. The incumbent will evaluate, develop, and execute the content and targeting strategy for Homepage; and build and scale our P13N charter to be self-sufficient.
This role will handle all cross-site and category-specific integrations with Amazon teams like Prime, Events, Categories. In addition to partnering with IN teams, the incumbent will also work closely and learn from the International Devices teams with an aim to scale best practices.
In addition to onsite marketing for India Devices, the incumbent will lead marketing for FireTV and Kindle – this includes traffic planning and tracking and building end-to-end launch plans for new product launches.
The ideal candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically, be a collaborative, resilient and thoughtful leader who is data driven, and an effective communicator.
Key job responsibilities • Homepage: Single threaded owner for all onsite marketing content (strategy and performance), and experimentation charter for all Devices categories & develop robust processes for smooth execution. • P13N: Lead the build explorations for P13N strategies for Devices in India.
Work with International and WW counterparts to import launched P13N strategies to IN Pages. • Onsite integrations: Independently manage, plan, coordinate and execute high-impact integrations by working seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders – internal Devices teams, and IN Category teams.
Work with Central IN teams to unlock more avenues / assets / placements for IN Devices • Onsite Search: Analyze, and present performance metrics for onsite search trends to track brand health and improve throughput from this avenue.
• Online marketing lead for FireTV & Kindle - responsible for traffic planning cycles, marketing strategy, and onsite CX (DP content plan and localization) for new launches. • Establishing guidelines and best practices across Devices teams, internationally.
About the team The Amazon Devices Sales & Marketing team in India is driving an exciting charter of building the brands (Fire TV, Echo, Alexa, Kindle), while creating new categories (streaming media sticks, voice / smart home assistants, e-readers).
While we partner with teams in IN (Stores, Prime, Pay, Events, Homepage), we work very closely with WW & International teams to build and scale these categories in India. in as the most prominent channel. - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
