About the Role
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, provide accurate information, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as required. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service requests. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. EligibilityBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details
Experience: in customer support, BPO, call center, or healthcare support is an added advantage. Preferred QualificationsExperience using CRM software. Knowledge of customer service best practices. Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu, Hindi, etc.) is preferred. Working HoursRotational shifts (if applicable). 6-day working week. Week-off as per roster. ##
