About the Role

Forecasting & Planning • Derive resource forecasts based on sales pipeline and new opportunities • Track attrition trends and plan backfill requirements • Align account-level people forecasts with revenue projections • Consolidate and share forecasts with hiring, staffing, and training teams • Participate in quarterly and annual workforce planning activities 2.

Demand-Supply Management • Monitor conversion of forecasted demand into actual requirements • Ensure Service Requests (SRs) are approved as per defined criteria and processes • Act as a single point of contact for SR approvals and tracking within the practice • Work closely with hiring and staffing teams to close open requirements 3.

Bench Management & Utilization • Track and manage bench strength across the practice/capability • Optimize resource allocation by moving employees based on internal availability • Ensure efficient capacity utilization and minimize bench time • Monitor billed utilization, span, and productivity metrics 4.

Allocation Governance • Oversee allocation governance in coordination with PMO team • Support proactive allocation planning to reduce idle capacity • Assist project managers in managing non-deployable resources 5.

Training & Capability Development • Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams • Collaborate with FAA/training teams to drive learning initiatives • Plan and execute training programs for new deals and upcoming requirements • Strengthen contractor/vendor channels for niche skill requirements 6.

Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with project managers, capability teams, and central staffing teams • Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure timely onboarding • Support capability teams in all staffing and workforce-related matters ##
