About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits, meeting prospective clients, conducting site inspections, and closing sales. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through proactive field visits and on-ground prospecting Schedule and conduct client meetings and site inspections Understand customer requirements and present suitable solar solutions Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and pipeline status Build and nurture long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sale handover
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory) Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client-facing interactions Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools

Qualifications
Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industries Existing network of potential clients in Bangalore Familiarity with rooftop or residential solar solutions ##
