Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (shortlisting, screening & scheduling interviews) • Manage and organize candidate databases & communication • Coordinate with internal teams for internship requirement planning • Assist in onboarding, documentation & orientation activities • Support HR operations, policy planning & engagement activities • Maintain professionalism and uphold company values What You Will Gain • Practical exposure to real HR processes & recruitment systems
