We are looking for a Sales Associate. This role focuses on handling inbound and SDR-generated demo opportunities, understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.

You will work closely with the pre-sales and SDR teams who generate demos, while you focus on discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and deal closure. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, disciplined pipeline management and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven sales environment.

What You’ll Do - Conduct product demos for inbound and SDR-qualified prospects - Understand customer business models, operational workflows and financial needs - Position solutions effectively based on customer use cases - Manage a healthy pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression - Handle commercial discussions and negotiate pricing where required - Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate deal tracking - Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across the product suite - Collaborate with SDR, marketing, operations and product teams to move deals forward - Contribute ideas and run small experiments to improve conversion rates, messaging and demo effectiveness - Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and customer engagement What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, fintech, banking or tech products - Strong ability to conduct structured discovery and product demos - Comfortable managing multiple inbound leads and active deal pipelines - Strong negotiation and objection handling skills - High ownership mindset and ability to work independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good CRM discipline and pipeline management Bonus Points
