About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales and possess excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and support business growth.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
- Explain products or services and address customer queries effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and maximize conversions.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt customer support.
- Meet daily call targets and contribute to monthly business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
Graduate - Any - Marketing & Sales - Age: 18-60 ## Skills - Outbound calling - Telecalling - Inbound sales ##
- 12 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is an added advantage.
