About the Role
1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases. 2. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria. 3. Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 5.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication. 6. Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases. 7. Assist in drafting and posting job openings across various hiring platforms. 8. Support the HR team in onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
