Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar job positions. - Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. - Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners. - Negotiate job offers and facilitate successful onboarding processes. - Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
