Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.
• Lead a team of technicians and production operators to meet daily production output, quality performance, productivity and cost.
• Resolve and handle line related issues and understand equipment capacities or constraint to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.
• Possess the ability to anticipate potential issues, escalate them appropriately, and implement solutions before they arise.
• Drive continuous improvement programs for operational excellence.
• Coordinate and provide support for new product introduction activities Collaborate with management, internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers regarding project status, progress and issue resolution.
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring complete end-to-end execution and closure.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and site safety through hazard identification and prevention.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
• REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
