Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of quality inspection, testing, and verification activities to meet customer, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Monitor product and process quality performance through data analysis, defect trend monitoring, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Support quality containment activities, customer escalations, and resolution of non-conformances in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate quality records, audit documentation, inspection reports, and product traceability requirements.
- Conduct quality-related training, including SOPs, work instructions, line setup verification, and operator qualification programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.
- Participate in internal and customer audits, supporting compliance initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Drive quality awareness and defect prevention initiatives to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, Testing, Inspection, or Manufacturing Operations within electronics, semiconductor, EMS, hi-tech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, defect prevention, and problem-solving tools such as CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools experience with Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, or other reporting and visualization platforms will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards, audit processes, quality documentation, traceability requirements, and operational compliance practices.
