Accountant

About the Role

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls. Prepare and file tax returns, VAT/GST reports, and other statutory submissions.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Requirements

Graduate - Any - Common Roles (All Sectors) - Age: 21-38 ## Skills - Common Roles (All Sectors) ##

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 25 years of accounting experience (adjustable based on role level).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ##
