Qualifications

  • Essential Any graduate from a premier institute with field experience of 2-3 years Desired Post graduate from a premier institute with field experience of 2-3 years Work Exp Min 3 Max 8 BU Specification Preferably Automotive Segment, EV 5.
  • KEY COMPETENCIES Technical/Functional - Understanding of Processes Appointment .
  • Termination.Replacement.
  • Dealer Agreement .
  • DA Renewal - Understanding of BAL product offerings and relative market standing - P&L Key elements of dealership operations - Key elements in success of a dealership - in IBU -Key triggers for BAL CV business [& key challanges] -Excel Behavioural - Continuously raise the bar - Ensure results with speed - Meet customer expectations 6.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with field , collate tehsilwise industry & suggest network plan.
  • Coordinate with LOI holders & vendors for timely completion of Primary network plan.
  • Release periodic reports of Network plan vs actual to Regions- location wise & coverage wise.
  • Identify Best Fit of Network element for a location thru indicative profitability tool.
  • Identify Focus states in the country & draw up focus dealers for HO review .
  • Create , implement & maintain the record of reviews.
  • Collate & Disseminate the periodic management reports- Ability Scorecards & Own Fund Deployment % - with exception summary.
  • Maintain dynamic repository of Primary & secondary network 7.
  • KEY RESULT AREAS - Network Expansion Target vs Actual - MS improvement thru Network - Propose viable entities to increase access - Continuous improvement of processes in Network - using automation to increase efficacy. - Accomplish administrative tasks - viz., const change . legal representation , F&F , Termination , Resignation, LOI etc ##
