Focused on precision engineering and manufacturing excellence, HAGG Mill Store provides hands-on exposure to CNC tool manufacturing, inspection systems, process development, and manufacturing research within a technologically advanced production environment. 1. Operate and support quality inspection activities using Zoller Genius 3 inspection systems. 2.

Measure and record critical tool parameters including diameter, runout, flute length, corner radius, and geometry consistency. 3. Maintain inspection records, batch quality documentation, and traceability reports. 4. Assist in preparing and maintaining SOPs, inspection formats, ISO documentation, and process records. 5.

Support implementation and documentation activities related to ISO 9001 systems. 6. Conduct process studies related to wheel wear behaviour, grinding consistency, dimensional variation, batch repeatability, and surface finish analysis. 7. Analyze geometry variations and document process improvement observations. 8.

Prepare structured technical reports, manufacturing observations, and quality analysis reports. 9. Maintain production and quality-related databases using Excel. 10. Support the development of manufacturing process intelligence and reporting systems.
