Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and in-person consultations with prospective clients regarding visa and immigration services.
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable visa options for Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Oversee the entire visa process, especially for Canada & Australia PR, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
• Convert potential leads into clients by addressing queries, building trust, and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with new and existing leads.
• Meet monthly sales targets by converting warm leads into successful client conversions.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance.
• Remain target-driven, self-motivated, and focused on delivering excellent service.
