About the Role
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate or business clients within the assigned GL division or segment.
Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients financial goals, challenges, and specific needs related to their industry or segment Financial Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the organization's financial products and services, including loans, credit facilities, deposit products, and treasury services.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any financial service-related issues or concerns.
Business Solutions: Work closely with clients to provide tailored financial solutions and products that meet their specific business needs, helping them achieve their financial goals. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional financial products or services to clients, increasing the organization's share of wallet.
Financial Analysis: Collaborate with clients to assess their financial health, creditworthiness, and risk profiles, helping tailor financial solutions accordingly. Compliance: Ensure that all financial interactions and transactions with clients comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. ##
