Job Description
Responsibilities
- Business Development Executive (Field Sales Job) Bike Mandatory with license Lead Generation & Client Visits Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Sales Conversion Present product benefits, handle objections, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Daily Activity Tracking Provide software-related support by addressing client issues, coordinating with the technical and customer support teams, meeting clients to understand concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain records of visits, calls, and follow-ups as per company reporting standards.
- Performance Reporting Share weekly/monthly updates on sales and lead status with the reporting manager.
- Compliance & SOP Adherence Follow company SOPs, pricing, and documentation processes during field work.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Market Feedback Share insights on customer needs and competitor activity with the internal team.
- Assisting the Team.
