Responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging corporate events, community activations, and brand experiences that leave a lasting impression Build and nurture meaningful relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders that strengthen brand presence Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, technology platforms, and on-site management Develop creative event concepts that align with organisational branding, campaign objectives, and audience interests Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure every activation is delivered on time and within scope Engage actively with the community both online and offline - responding to enquiries, moderating discussions, and fostering connection Produce post-event reports packed with insights, attendance data, and actionable recommendations for future improvements Gain broad exposure to event strategy, community building, and brand activation in a supportive and dynamic environment
