About the Role

Job description: 1. Office & Facility Management Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office and factory premises. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Ensure timely repairs and upkeep of infrastructure and equipment. 2. Inventory & Supplies Monitor and manage stock of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.

Coordinate with Commercial team on procurement and vendor management for administrative needs. 3. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of attendance, visitors, assets, and maintenance logs. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations. 4.

HR & Employee Support Coordinate onboarding logistics (ID cards, seating, basic orientation). Address employee grievances related to administrative issues. 5. Logistics & Coordination Handle courier services, dispatches, and document tracking. Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors. ##
