Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to senior management when required Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the customer service database Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and internal processes Provide detailed information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and within set timelines Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved concerns ##
