About the Role

1. Designing social media posts, banners, posters, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar design tools. 2. Creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. 3. Writing captions and content copy for posts and reels. 4. Planning, shooting, and editing reels and short-form videos. 5.

Creating behind-the-scenes, employee spotlight, factory tour, educational, and workplace culture content. 6. Designing carousel posts, infographics, and visual content aligned with company branding. 7. Assisting in maintaining content calendars and content schedules. 8. Researching social media trends, competitor content, and viral formats. 9.

Monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements to increase engagement. 10. Coordinating with employees and departments for content collection and video shoots. 11. Supporting branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and employer branding activities. This role is not limited to the responsibilities mentioned above.

The intern is expected to be flexible and open to supporting other functions, projects, and business requirements as needed.
