About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer with a strong understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of crafting engaging, high-impact content that drives brand positioning, lead generation, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
• Write compelling blogs and website content focused on real estate trends, projects, and investment insights
• Create advertising and branding-focused creative concepts for campaigns
• Plan and execute marketing content for both print and digital platforms
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all channels
Requirements • Proven experience in content writing, preferably in real estate or related sectors
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles
• Ability to think creatively and develop campaign-driven content ideas
• Excellent command over English (and Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)
• Strong research and storytelling skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Important Note • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms is a plus; however, over-reliance on them is not encouraged.
