Overview
The Copywriter will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting high-quality copy for brand campaigns, digital content, social media, films, and integrated marketing ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and creative directors to build concepts that are insightful, sharp and culturally relevant.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts and write compelling copy for campaigns, digital ads, social content, scripts, websites, and brand communication.
• Collaborate with art directors to create strong copy–visual ideas.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original, breakthrough ideas.
• Understand brand tone, audience insights, and strategic objectives to craft effective messaging.
• Write scripts for videos, brand films, reels, and product explainers.
• Review and refine copy delivered by junior writers; ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on trends, cultural insights, and platform behaviours to keep work relevant and fresh.
Required skills and Expertise
• 1-3 years of writing experience in a creative agency, digital agency, or brand content team.
• Strong command over English with the ability to write in multiple tones and formats.
• Proven experience crafting copy for brand campaigns, digital ads, social media, and video scripts.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into sharp, engaging communication.
• Strong conceptual thinking — not just a writer but an idea-person.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
• Experience writing for luxury, tech, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands.
• Comfort with Hindi/ Hinglish for bilingual campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO writing basics.
• Exposure to long-form storytelling or content marketing.
