Job Title: Senior Brand & Content Writer (Agency Background Preferred)

What You’ll Do • Translate the Protein Chef brand philosophy into compelling storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
• Execute campaign extensions across packaging, ads, website, and digital platforms
• Help evolve and maintain the brand voice, tone, and messaging framework .
• Write packaging copy, product descriptions, and on-pack communication that makes functional food exciting and easy to understand.
• Simplify nutrition and protein benefits into clear, consumer-friendly language.
• Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit,Zepto, Instamart etc.)
• Develop hooks, headlines, scripts, and landing page copy optimized for conversion.
• Write and optimise website and landing page copy
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce scroll-stopping creative content .
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints , including website, campaigns, packaging, events, and activations and ensuring the same is carried on social as well.
• Write communication for brand activations, experiences, and community-led initiatives .
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ideation , while ensuring all output is original, brand-aligned, and not template-driven .

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience , preferably from a traditional advertising or creative agency environment .
• Prior exposure to FMCG, food, D2C, or lifestyle brands , with an understanding of how to make everyday products aspirational and relatable.
• Hands-on experience in executing campaign communication across formats
• Strong ability to write across formats -  campaign copy, packaging, product communication, digital ads, on-ground activation and website content
• Ability to translate long-form brand storytelling into sharp, high-impact short formats for platforms like Meta, Google, and quick commerce.
• Clear understanding of performance-driven communication and writing copy optimized for digital and commerce platforms.
• Good grasp of short-form writing (hooks, captions, ad copy).
• Strong command of English , with the ability to write conversational and culturally relevant communication.
• A brand-first mindset , with the ability to maintain consistency across campaigns, packaging, digital platforms, and consumer touchpoints.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and leadership teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and ideation , with the ability to use them thoughtfully without over-relying on them .

Bonus Points • Interest in food, nutrition, and building new consumer categories .
• Ability to think visually as well as verbally , working closely with designers on campaign ideas and key visuals.
• Experience writing website content, landing pages, or SEO-led content .
• Prior exposure to packaging communication and product storytelling .
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, and on-ground activations .
• Understanding of quick commerce and performance marketing platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Meta ads, etc.).
