Software Engineer

Role Summary – Walk-In Hiring (SE / Sr. SE / Tech Lead) We are hiring passionate professionals for Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, and Tech Lead roles to drive the development of scalable and high-performance applications.

You will be responsible for building and enhancing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture , while ensuring quality, performance, and reliability. Depending on the role, you will also contribute to system design, code quality, and technical decision-making.

For senior roles, responsibilities include leading Agile delivery, mentoring team members, driving architecture discussions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, QA, and Engineering teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain robust backend systems and APIs
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
• Participate in Agile processes (Sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
• (SSE/Tech Lead) Drive system design, code reviews, and best practices
• (Tech Lead) Mentor team members and lead technical execution

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, and frontend basics (Angular/JS)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• (Senior roles) Experience in team handling, architecture, and mentoring
