Job Title: Product QA Engineer (Automation + Manual)

Job Location: Yerwada, Pune (Hybrid)

Years of Experience: 4-7 yrs

Roles and Responsibility:

 Design and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering functional, integration, and regression testing.

 Develop detailed test plans prior to releases, including accurate effort estimations and timelines.

 Ensure products comply with internal quality benchmarks as well as industry standards.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement effective solutions for identified issues.

 Document test results, observations, and findings in a clear and structured manner.

 Perform root cause analysis for defects and contribute to improving overall product quality.

 Propose and implement corrective actions, process improvements, and quality enhancements.

 Review code, specifications, and testing processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Required Skills:

 4-7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer

 Candidate should be very good in programming - must have extensive knowledge on automation testing

 Experience in automation testing using playwright is highly appreciated. Knowledge of Selenium or Playwright.

 Candidate should be well versed with at least one programming/scripting language (Java, JavaScript or TypeScript)

 Exposure to database, should be capable to write SQL queries. Good in API testing

 Ability to take initiative and lead efforts in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

 Well versed in leveraging AI tools.

 Open to work with emerging and new technologies

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and as a team player as well.

 Excellent communication skills to interact with clients
