Job Description
About the Role
1. Conduct in-depth research on NGOs, social initiatives, and environmental challenges with a focus on Odisha, and prepare insightful findings and recommendations. 2. Study and evaluate CSR initiatives undertaken by corporates to identify best practices, impact models, and partnership opportunities. 3.
Develop communication resources such as content frameworks, messaging guidelines, campaign themes, and outreach materials. 4. Explore and map potential sponsors, CSR contributors, institutional partners, and strategic collaborators for organizational initiatives. 5.
Coordinate external outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other professional communication channels. 6. Assist in strengthening the organisation's brand presence by identifying outreach opportunities and recommending audience expansion approaches. 7.
Draft promotional and communication materials including brochures, banners, presentations, campaign briefs, and donor-facing content. 8. Support brand positioning, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement activities to enhance organizational visibility. 9.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, impact reports, and a professional portfolio highlighting key projects, contributions, and learning outcomes.
