🚀 EduRun Group is Hiring | Forward Deployment Engineer – GTM AI

📍 Location: 100% Remote

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–10 Years

💼 Payroll: EduRun

📄 Contract: 3 to 6 Months

🕐 Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST (Flexible 3–4 hour break; late evening client calls mandatory)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions in fast-paced sprint cycles

• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to identify automation opportunities

• Integrate AI systems with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach

• Build AI agents and intelligent workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual effort

• Translate technical implementations into measurable business outcomes

• Ensure reliability through monitoring, guardrails, and quality checks

📌 Required Skills:

• 4+ years of software / product engineering experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other GTM tools

• Practical experience with AI / LLM-based workflows

• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and GTM processes

• Experience with event-driven architecture and system integrations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎯 Assets / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in SalesTech or revenue-focused products

• Exposure to AI productionization and automation systems

• Experience building internal tools and data-driven workflows

• Strong API integration and automation experience
