Why this role matters
You won’t just be writing backend code—you’ll be building the core infrastructure powering AI-driven video experiences at scale . This role directly impacts product performance, scalability, and user experience.
What you will do
• Design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and APIs
• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python
• Work with frameworks like Django / FastAPI to power production-grade systems
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams
• Debug complex issues and continuously improve system architecture
• Contribute to best practices, code quality, and engineering excellence
What we are looking for
• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, OS, DBMS)
• Hands-on experience in backend development using Python
• Proficiency with Django and/or FastAPI
• Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
• Exposure to cloud environments is a plus
Must Haves
• Immediate to 30 days joiners only
• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS, etc.)
