Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met. .
• Ensure production schedules are followed and completed on time. .
• Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust resources when necessary. .
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications. .
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product quality. .
• Investigate production defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. .
• Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits. .
• Enforce workplace safety policies and regulations at all times. .
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage reports. .
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment. .
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. .
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. .
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. .
• Able to handle and operate chemical production processes safely and efficiently. .
• Willing to work rotating shifts,including night shifts . .
• Willing to work on Weekend & PH . .
• Able to work overtime when required.
