Data Analyst - Junior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret large and complex e\-commerce datasets. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions, optimize operations, and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets related to sales, inventory, customer behavior, and marketing performance

Use advanced features in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, Power Query, Macros) to handle complex data

Create dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, and customer acquisition

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in e\-commerce data

Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to provide data\-driven insights

Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper data validation and cleaning

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel tools

Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, or related field

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e\-commerce

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of data handling, cleaning, and transformation

Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Analytical thinking with strong problem\-solving skills

Good communication skills to present insights clearly

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of e\-commerce platforms and metrics (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
