Role Description
This is an internship role for a Construction Supervisor, located on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities, manage on-site staff, ensure safety compliance, and monitor project progress. The role involves ensuring that all work meets quality standards and addressing any issues that may arise promptly. Collaborating with project managers and contractors, the intern will also track timelines and resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site supervision
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work schedules
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively
• Understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations in construction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
• Pursuit of or completion of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is advantageous
