About The Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations — in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation logistics
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with accuracy
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs
• Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and internal announcements
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed
• Conduct research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide general administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with any HRIS is a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a collaborative team environment
• Prior internship or coursework in HR is an advantage but not required

What You'll Gain

• Practical exposure to core HR processes and tools
• Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
• A certificate of completion and internship letter
• Potential for a full-time offer based on performance
