About the Role
1. Prescription & Medication Dispensing accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. Review and interpret prescriptions for correct dosage, interaction risks, and safety. Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and storage of all medicines. Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality. 2.
Patient Counselling& Customer Service Explain dosage instructions, frequency, side effects, and storage directions to customers. Assist customers with product questions and suggest appropriate OTC options. Provide professional guidance on health and wellness products. 3. Store Operations Use pharmacy billing software and POS systems for transactions.
Monitor stock levels — including tracking near-expiry items — and support restocking coordination. ##
Requirements
Diploma After 12th - D.Pharmacy (Diploma in Pharmacy) - Pharmacy - Age: 18-50 ## Skills - Pharmacy - Medications - Patient counseling - Inventory ##
