About this role
**Position:** HR Intern
**Location:** Work from Office (Indore)
This internship offers hands\-on experience in core HR functions, especially recruitment and employee coordination. High\-performing interns may be offered a full\-time opportunity after successful completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
* Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
* Maintain and update candidate databases
* Support onboarding and documentation processes
* Assist in employee engagement activities
* Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
* Pursuing or recently completed graduation (BBA/MBA/HR or related field preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of HR functions
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred

**Internship Details:**
* The first **3 months of the internship will be unpaid**.
