Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated  Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern  to support student outreach and admissions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in sales, EdTech, or AI-driven industries.

You will interact with prospective students, guide them through our programs, and help convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement

• Connect with students who show interest in our programs
• Explain course offerings, career outcomes, and program benefits clearly
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages professionally

2. Counseling & Conversion

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Guide prospects through the complete enrollment process
• Follow up regularly to improve conversion rates

3. CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
• Update daily progress and track conversions
• Report performance metrics to the team

4. Outreach Support

• Assist in webinars, info sessions, and campaigns
• Engage with leads generated through social media and marketing channels

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates or candidates with  0–1 year experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

Compensation

• Fixed Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives will be provided based on conversions
