Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Company: Leading MNC Location: Jaipur (Mansarovar) Salary: 25,000 35,000 CTC + Possible Incentives + Travel allowance OR Cabs Shift: Rotational / Night Shift Working Days: 5.5 Days
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (US-based clients ). The role involves handling customer queries over calls and delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics.
Job Details
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International BPO (Voice) OR Extremely good fresher Communication: Excellent English (mandatory) Comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for international clients Resolve queries related to orders, payments, returns, and services Provide accurate information and quick resolutions Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions Meet quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs Ensure high customer satisfaction at every interaction
