About the Role

SmartBridge is seeking enthusiastic and driven Marketing Interns to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world marketing activities, brand building, and campaign execution within the tech-skilling ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote SmartBridge’s skilling initiatives.

Support content creation across platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, and community engagement

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy and decision-making

Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Track engagement metrics and analyze campaign performance to support optimization efforts

Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and virtual career events

Support email marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives

Maintain clear documentation of marketing activities, progress, and impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and willing to work from the Hyderabad office

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience managing or contributing to Instagram and/or LinkedIn pages

Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Sendinblue

Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or brand promotion
