**About the Role:**

We are looking for a **Backend Developer Interns** to design and implement server\-side solutions that seamlessly connect applications, databases, and ERP systems. The role involves building robust APIs, ensuring secure data exchange, and optimizing workflows across business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for ERP integration.
* Connect existing applications and databases with ERP platforms (e.g., ERPNext, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Ensure data synchronization, consistency, and accuracy across different systems.
* Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role\-based access controls.
* Collaborate with ERP consultants, frontend developers, and business teams to define integration requirements.
* Develop automated workflows and scheduled data pipelines (ETL).
* Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing support.
* Document integration processes, API specifications, and system flows.

**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Strong programming skills in **Node.js / Python / Java / Go**.
* Hands\-on experience with **REST APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks**.
* Proficiency with **databases** (SQL \& NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
* Knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, etc.).
* Understanding of **data mapping, transformation, and middleware** tools.
* Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
